Meet Lisa Jackson
Welcome.
As a trauma-informed mental health therapist, I specialize in working with individuals navigating the complexities of trauma, neurodivergence, and queer identity. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all — every client brings a unique story, and I strive to honor that by creating a collaborative, affirming, and flexible therapeutic space. I am deeply committed to supporting autonomy, safety, and self-determination in the therapeutic process.
My approach centers each client’s lived experience, values, and goals, while adapting to what resonates most for the individual. Whether you're processing complex trauma, identity, or greater self-understanding, I aim to meet you with respect, curiosity, and care.
I welcome all clients, with a particular focus on serving LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, and those struggling with identity or life transitions. Together, we will work to reclaim your story, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate a sense of safety and empowerment — on your terms.
